Tonbridge is a small and unimpressive town on the Medway in Kent.

There are some old black and white houses including an old inn, the ragged remains of an old castle to defend the medway- no more than a gatehouse - and an old church which is only open in the mornings, but probably this Trustee Savings Bank mural is much more threatened with destruction.
